Brevi-Cap
Brevi-Cap single-use, gamma sterilizable 1–2 sq ft filter capsules are designed for biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical filtration applications. Available with a variety of filtration media, these ultrapure polypropylene capsules support single-use disposable systems, scale-up/scale-down benchtop studies, OEM equipment, and processes where avoidance of CIP and cross contamination is critical.

Product Overview
Brevi-Cap capsules are offered in approximately 1 sq ft (Size A) and 2 sq ft (Size B) configurations with a variety of inlet and outlet connections including sanitary flanges in ¾" and 1", and hose barbs for 1/8", 3/8", and 1/4" i.d. tubing. Vent and drain are 1/4" hose barb with valve.
Available filter media include sterilizing grade PES membrane, bioburden reduction and prefiltration PES membrane, charged nylon for endotoxin reduction, polypropylene microfiber for prefiltration, glass microfiber for pre-filtration, and PTFE vent filters.
All Brevi-Cap materials of construction comply with USP Class VI, 21 CFR, BSE/TSE, ROHS, and REACH. Capsules are autoclavable and gamma irradiatable (with select filter media).
