Build the Career That Fits You
Some employees want to master a specific craft. Others want to cross-train, learn new systems, or explore different areas of the company. Both paths are valued at Strainrite.
Our team includes opportunities in production, engineering, quality, accounting, customer service, marketing, design, supply chain, and more. Employees have built careers here by moving from the production floor into planning, costing, supervision, quality, and technical leadership.
You do not need to have your entire career mapped out when you join us. Bring a willingness to learn and do good work, and we will help you explore where your skills can take you.
